We are seeking a hands-on, strategic, and highly collaborative Director of Business Solution Architecture to establish and lead the Business Solution Architecture (BSA) function across the organization. This role will drive the design and delivery of enterprise solutions across Salesforce and key enterprise applications, including QGenda, mySCP portal, and the broader application ecosystem supporting Client/Facility, Clinical, and Patient workstreams. This role is ideal for a senior practitioner-leader with deep solutioning experience who enjoys setting direction while remaining actively engaged in discovery, design, and complex problem-solving. The Director will be responsible for defining the BSA framework, governance model, and competency standards, while coaching and mentoring the team on the nuances of solution design, stakeholder engagement, and platform best practices. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that blends hands-on architecture, team leadership, and organizational capability building.
