The KEYSYS Director of Business Development drives company growth through a balance of hands-on selling and people leadership. This role focuses on building trusted client relationships, closing meaningful work, and leading Business Development Partners in a way that reflects KEYSYS’s values, integrity, and long-term vision. You will own your own clients, pipeline, and revenue goals while also shaping how sales happens across the company. This role requires strong character, curiosity, and a genuine motivation to build something meaningful and lasting. You’ll connect business leaders with KEYSYS’s expertise in custom software, cloud engineering, and AI solutions, translating business challenges into technology outcomes and long-term partnerships.
