The Director will work with, learn from and collaborate with the Region VP to develop, and grow assigned customers. Build new customer pipeline through effective hunting that enables organic and external revenue and EBITDA objectives to be achieved. Responsible for developing best in class, strategic, valued Customer Relationships, having consistent engagement with Net Suites CRM, building expert negotiation skills by understanding Universal Pure Commercial Business Rules and having exceptional project management execution. Effective written and verbal communication with executive leadership, operations team members and all levels and departments of the organization.
