About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and expanding strategic customer relationships while advancing the company’s reach across new markets and strategic accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8 – 10+ years of business development or strategic sales experience.
  • Experience managing large or multi‑location accounts.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth and account expansion.
  • Willingness to travel as required for customer engagement (approximately +/- 50%).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, food, beverage or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Establish and strengthen relationships at strategic corporate headquarters.
  • Develop multi‑plant account strategies to expand business opportunities and strengthen customer partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new accounts, markets, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate on pricing strategies to support margin growth.
  • Monitor market activity including mergers, acquisitions, and competitive shifts.
  • Partner with division leaders and sales representatives on account growth strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
