What You'll Do: Act as a brand ambassador for Caldera Care, building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources in the community Foster strategic partnerships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and social workers Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop business strategies and improve referral processes Organize and participate in community events to raise awareness of our services and build meaningful connections Drive census and skilled mix growth through proactive business development initiatives and outreach
Requirements
- Must have experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance payer systems
- 1+ year of marketing and/or management experience (preferred)
Nice To Haves
- Clinical background is a strong plus
- 1+ year of marketing and/or management experience (preferred)
