About The Position

The Director of Business Administration is responsible for providing leadership and ensuring effective business operations, enhancing internal organizational processes, and providing executive administrative support that will allow Christian Family Care (CFC) to continue to grow and fulfill its mission. This position will oversee Risk Management, Quality Assurance, and Facilities at CFC and will provide oversight for the Human Resources and Business Intelligence/IT departments. This position will serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and will uphold CFC values of integrity, compassion, and community. The supervisory responsibilities include the Quality Assurance Officer, Staff Care Manager, and BI & IT Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years in progressive leadership and people management
  • experience with accreditation, compliance, project management, and internal audits
