About The Position

Baesman Group is a nationally recognized marketing services provider specializing in direct-to-consumer and in-store marketing strategy and execution. The company is seeking an entrepreneurial leader to establish and manage a new Branded Merchandise division. This role is distinct from a typical promotional products sales position, offering the chance to build a business from scratch, supported by an existing client base and robust infrastructure. Baesman Group is a $40M marketing execution company serving various sectors including retail, restaurant, franchise, healthcare, and financial services, with capabilities in print, direct marketing, storefronts, warehousing, fulfillment, and kitting. The opportunity involves building and leading the promotional products division, supporting existing clients while developing new business, sourcing products and managing suppliers, developing apparel, kits, and gifting programs, and integrating merchandise into existing storefronts and fulfillment operations. This role offers direct impact on growth and the chance to build a multi-million-dollar division, leveraging an established client base and existing warehouse and storefront capabilities.
