About The Position

The Retail & Branded Merchandise Specialist is a customer service-forward position responsible for assisting patrons in the DSO Apparel store, requiring knowledge of the DSO brand and the items carried.

Requirements

  • POS (Point of Sale) experience
  • Retail experience
  • Organizational and display experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Successful experience working in, and contributing to, a collaborative, team environment
  • Ability to act independently, take initiative, and meet changing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Greeting Patrons with a smile
  • Welcoming them to look around
  • Cash and credit handling
  • Stocking merch and keeping the store tidy
  • Knowledge of our apparel and branded items
  • Opening and closing duties before and after concerts, and other times as assigned
