About The Position

The company is seeking an entrepreneurial leader to establish and manage a new Promotional Products division. This role is distinct from a typical promotional products sales position, offering the opportunity to build a business from the ground up, supported by an existing client base and robust infrastructure. Baesman Group is a $40M marketing execution company serving clients in retail, restaurant, franchise, healthcare, and financial services, with capabilities including print, direct marketing, storefronts, warehousing, fulfillment, and kitting. Responsibilities
- Build and lead the promotional products division
- Support existing clients and develop new business
