About The Position

BR Printers Inc., dba Casa Del Mar, is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Promotional Products Sales Account Executive to join our expanding team in San Diego, CA. This role is essential to supporting business growth by strengthening current client partnerships, uncovering additional opportunities within an existing portfolio, and attracting new customers. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, thoughtful in their approach, and enthusiastic about sales, with a proven ability to communicate effectively, foster long-term client relationships, and reliably reach sales targets. This position is well-suited for someone who performs well in a high-energy environment and enjoys deepening customer connections, spotting new revenue opportunities, and providing outstanding service. Previous experience in the promotional products industry is required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in promotional products, account management, or sales is required.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and expand a portfolio of accounts by cultivating strong client relationships and uncovering growth opportunities.
  • Actively connect with clients through email, phone calls, or virtual meetings.
  • Develop new sales opportunities through referrals, networking efforts, and targeted outreach.
  • Regularly identify ways to broaden service offerings and increase overall account revenue.
  • Establish and strengthen client relationships to build credibility, trust, and long-lasting partnerships.
  • Clearly articulate the benefits and value of Casa Del Mar's products and services.
  • Maintain ongoing communication to ensure client satisfaction and recognize emerging needs.
  • Naturally skilled at building and maintaining strong client connections.
  • Dedicated to delivering high-quality service and meaningful value to every client.
  • Assess client objectives, challenges, and priorities to recommend personalized products and services.
  • Partner with clients to create impactful branded merchandise and promotional strategies that align with their goals.
  • Accurately document all client communications, opportunities, and sales activities within CRM systems.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics such as revenue growth, sales pipeline progress, and account development.
