The Director of Billing will oversee and manage all aspects of the company’s billing and revenue cycle operations. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring accurate claims processing, timely collections, and compliance with payer, state, and federal requirements. Requirements

ABA billing experience is required
Three to five years of Experience with CentralReach

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the billing department, including training and supervision of billing staff
Oversee the full revenue cycle process including claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and collections
Monitor billing metrics, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership
Ensure compliance with payer regulations, Medicaid/Medicare rules, and state/federal requirements
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve billing discrepancies
Develop, implement, and refine billing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and cash flow
