The Director of Behavioral Health Services is responsible for the overall administration of Behavioral Health Programs including Behavioral Health Residential, Outpatient Therapy, Mentoring, Runaway Homeless Youth (RHY), Intake/Assessment, Applied Behavioral Analysis, and Prevention at Pioneer Center. The Director ensures staff and client needs are met through a trauma-informed approach. This role is responsible for compliance with program standards and regulations; writing, monitoring, and reporting for grant; networking with community partners; creation and adherence to budgets; training staff and monitoring model fidelity; communication and collaboration with all levels of leadership and administration; and management of service provision, including in 24/7 programming As a part of the Behavioral Health pillar, the Director of Behavioral Health Services will adhere to the Mission, Vision, and Values of the Pioneer Center and philosophy of the Behavioral Health pillar. This philosophy emphasizes Trauma-Informed Care, Evidence-Based Practices, Strength-Focused Treatment, and Client-Centered Services.
