Requirements

• Licensed Architect (preferred) or equivalent qualifications
• Extensive experience in residential and mixed-use architecture
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring architectural teams
• Advanced proficiency in Revit — hands-on and leadership-level use required
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing, documentation, and coordination
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of architectural projects, from initial concept to final delivery
• Manage and mentor a team of architects, designers, and project managers
• Oversee design development, construction documentation, and detailing
• Ensure efficient and accurate project delivery using Revit and other design tools
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and industry regulations
• Contribute to departmental planning, resource allocation, and process improvement
• Uphold design integrity and promote a culture of innovation and excellence
