And we’re looking for a Licensed Architect (stamping authority) who’s excited to help lead that transformation. Requirements

Active Architectural License with the ability to stamp drawings
Experience with automotive dealership projects
Strong Revit/AutoCAD and BIM skills
Deep understanding of building codes, ADA, life safety, and permitting
Passion for creating high-functioning, beautiful, customer-friendly spaces
Ability to lead projects from concept to completion with cross-disciplinary teams

Nice To Haves

Experience with automotive dealership infrastructure, customer and service workflow design, and ground-up automotive construction
Multi-state licensure (or willingness to obtain)
Familiarity with dealership brand standards (OEM CI guidelines)
