And we’re looking for a Licensed Architect (stamping authority) who’s excited to help lead that transformation. Experience with automotive dealership projects. Strong Revit/AutoCAD and BIM skills. Deep understanding of building codes, ADA, life safety, and permitting. Passion for creating high-functioning, beautiful, customer-friendly spaces. Ability to lead projects from concept to completion with cross-disciplinary teams. Bonus Points Experience with automotive dealership infrastructure, customer and service workflow design, and ground-up automotive construction. Multi-state licensure (or willingness to obtain). Requirements
- Active Architectural License with the ability to stamp drawings.
- Experience with automotive dealership projects.
