About The Position

The Director, Analytics Products will lead multiple agile teams responsible for delivering analytics, data, and predictive solutions that power key business functions such as FP&A, Sales and Marketing. As a primary IT leader for these products and services, the Director is accountable for their overall health, value and delivery, while fostering a culture of curiosity, innovation and continuous improvement. In addition, this role serves as the Community of Practice leader for internal software development, data engineering, data science, and business intelligence. The Director will help define and champion standards, best practices, and modern ways of working across IT, ensuring teams are aligned, empowered and building solutions that scale. A core expectation of this role is to embed AI- and automation-first thinking into daily development practices. This includes encouraging teams to leverage emerging tools, platforms, and techniques to improve speed, quality, and reliability of delivery, while always keeping customer value front and center. This position reports directly to the CIO and works closely with the CIO’s leadership team to provide operational leadership across the IT organization. Success in this role requires strong senior-level leadership, the ability to build trusted partnerships, and a collaborative mindset. The Director will work closely with business leaders, peers, and technology teams to ensure priorities are aligned and outcomes are meaningful.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior IT leadership roles; experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science strongly preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams through successful project and product delivery
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively across the organization
  • Strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into business value
  • Comfortability working in evolving environments
  • Ability to work with stakeholders across all levels
  • Ability to model curiosity, accountability and collaboration, while balancing innovation with operational excellence
  • A genuine passion for data, technology, and continuous learning
  • Strong programming experience (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
  • Deep knowledge of data management, analytics platforms, and modern data architectures
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for applying AI, automation, and emerging technologies to solve real-world business problems

  • Experience working in business roles outside of IT
  • Advanced degree in computer science, data science, statistics, probability, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support multiple cross-functional agile teams delivering analytics, data, and predictive capabilities
  • Own the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and ongoing support for assigned business functions
  • Ensure alignment of priorities within teams, across pods, and with business partners
  • Deliver products, services, and sprints on time and within budget, with a strong focus on quality and value
  • Champion modern engineering practices, including the responsible use of AI, automation, and advanced analytics to accelerate delivery and improve outcomes
  • Establish, maintain, and promote development standards, governance, and best practices across IT
  • Foster a learning culture that encourages experimentation, continuous improvement, and professional growth
  • Develop, coach, and inspire team members through change in a fast-evolving technology and business landscape
