Role Overview Sine Engineering builds the communications, navigation, and autonomy infrastructure for the next generation of attritable unmanned systems. In this role, you will drive adoption of Sine’s full autonomy stack- hardware and software- across drone manufacturers and system integrators. This role owns the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement through production agreements. The ideal candidate has experience selling into defense or aerospace OEMs and operating confidently in highly technical, mission‑driven environments.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in defense, aerospace, robotics, autonomy, RF systems, or related technical industries.
  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • Exposure to selling into OEMs, system integrators, or defense contractors.
  • Understanding of hardware and embedded software environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive‑level presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering and technical teams.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in UAVs, autonomy systems, ISR, EW, or communication platforms.
  • Familiarity with the U.S. defense procurement ecosystem.
  • Experience structuring licensing agreements or recurring‑revenue models.
  • Prior military or defense operational experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with drone manufacturers and system integrators.
  • Drive adoption of communication modules, GPS‑denied navigation systems, video links, and embedded autonomy software.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, technical evaluation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Support negotiation of hardware procurement, software licensing, and integration service agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to support integrations and pilot programs.
  • Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and pipeline reporting.
  • Provide market intelligence and support ongoing channel and partner strategy development.
