About The Position

Fieldpiece is seeking a hands-on innovator and entrepreneur with a deep electro-mechanical engineering background to lead New Product Development from concept to launch. This role involves turning unmet customer needs into breakthrough products and owning a product line to build what doesn’t exist yet. Curiosity, resourcefulness, and effective communication skills are essential for making complex ideas easy to understand and build.
