Position Overview: We’re looking for a Director of National Accounts to lead sales of EverPass Media to multi-unit bar and restaurant groups across the U.S. This is a senior, quota-carrying role responsible for acquiring, growing, and managing our largest customer. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting, executive-level pitches, negotiation, close, and expansion—while serving as a trusted advisor to hospitality operators. This role is ideal for a strategic seller who thrives in complex, consultative sales environments and knows how to win with large, distributed customers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3+ years selling to national or multi-unit accounts
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals with long sales cycles as well as consistent history of delivering quotas
  • Experience selling into bars, restaurants, & other hospitality venues
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
  • Strong negotiation skills and comfort navigating legal, procurement, and finance stakeholders
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently in a fast-growing environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support customers and close deals
  • Successful experience selling media & subscription based products

  • Background in sports, live events, or experiential marketing

Responsibilities

  • Own acquisition and expansion of national and large regional hospitality groups, serving as the executive relationship owner of EverPass’s most strategic customers.
  • Manage a small team of Account Managers to assist in cross selling, upselling, value creation for Everpass’s largest customers.
  • Drive new business by identifying, prospecting, and closing multi-location hospitality accounts
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including discovery, tailored proposals, contract negotiation, and close
  • Build relationships with C-suite, ownership groups, and senior operations leaders
  • Position EverPass Media as a revenue-driving, fan-acquisition, and retention solution—not just a cost line item
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Account Management, and Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term account success
  • Develop account expansion strategies, including upsells, renewals, and multi-year agreements
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue; consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Represent EverPass Media at industry events, trade shows, customer events, and trade shows
