The Membership Strategy team, reporting to the Chief Experience Officer (CXO), leads strategies to drive equitable, sustainable membership growth. The Membership Team works closely with teams across Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA) to create a consistent, exceptional experience for all families. The Membership Team also collaborates with 111 Girl Scout councils to ensure local teams are equipped to deliver on the Girl Scout experience. POSITION SUMMARY The Director, Membership Operations, will equip GSUSA and council staff to deliver on the membership strategy, resulting in long-term sustainable health and growth for councils and the Girl Scout Movement. This role is highly collaborative and expected to lead cross-functional projects, build strong relationships, foster innovation, and use data-driven insights to drive success. This role provides exceptional communication through written and verbal presentations and resources to stakeholders across the Movement.
