About The Position

Job Summary: Aligns the strategic of the Materials Management function to ensure cohesive execution of organizational priorities and advancement of enterprise performance. Job Description: Leads the development of enterprise demand and resource plans that translate organizational forecasts into long‑term procurement and Materials Management strategies, annual action plans, and measurable goals that optimize operational efficiency and strengthen enterprise performance. Ensures supply chain risk intelligence and operational readiness by evaluating external conditions, identifying potential disruptions, and implementing proactive mitigation strategies that safeguard service continuity and reinforce organizational resilience. Leads and fosters cross-functional collaboration to drive innovation, operational excellence, and a high-performance culture by mentoring leaders and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Leads division-wide budget planning, forecasting, and high-level resource allocation to align financial resources with long-term business goals, while ensuring operational and financial efficiency. Establishes performance frameworks and integrates KPIs into business planning to measure success. Champions and models enterprise-wide adherence to governance, compliance, and ethical standards to uphold organizational integrity and regulatory alignment. Leads and supports organizational strategies for the restoration of critical services and emergency preparedness to ensure business continuity and community trust. Embraces and leads additional strategic responsibilities as needed to advance enterprise objectives and organizational resilience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain
  • 10 years' experience in Materials Management, supply chain planning, logistics, with responsibilities of planning, budgeting, and at least 5 years' of progressive experience in a leadership or management roles overseeing multiple departments and/or functional areas.
  • Experience in budget planning, development and effective administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business and technical challenges.
  • Ability to foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to develop and deliver effective presentations, facilitate strategic discussions, and influence senior stakeholders through collaboration, public speaking, and trusted partnerships at all organizational levels.
  • Deep understanding of data-driven program management systems.
  • Exceptional risk-management skills to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, written and verbal
  • Valid Driver License

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field may substitute when accompanied by a minimum of 8 years of experience performing related functions and at least 4 years of progressive experience in a leadership or management roles overseeing multiple departments and/or functional areas.
  • Doctor’s degree in a relevant field may substitute when accompanied by a minimum of 4 years of experience performing related functions and with a progressive experience in a leadership or management roles overseeing multiple departments and/or functional areas.
