About The Position

The Director of Marketing Strategy & Analytics will lead the AHIMA marketing product initiatives, utilizing marketing analytics and technology platforms to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, achieve revenue goals and engage with members, potential members, credential holders and customers. This role demands a strong grasp of integrated digital marketing, consumer behavior analysis, brand storytelling, operational agility in marketing, strategic leadership, and ROI-focused analytics. They must be able to both manage and work alongside a team to develop and implement strategies, track success, and collaborate cross functionally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, required.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in a marketing leadership role (ideally membership, event and product marketing)
  • Experience with various product models, including subscription products, digital workflow/SaaS tools, and content management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills for consumer behavior analysis and marketing analytics.
  • Exceptional writing abilities for effective brand storytelling and content creation.
  • Proficiency in marketing technology and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Magento, SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics) and project management platforms (Monday.com, Smart Sheets).
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to inspire and develop a marketing team.
  • Agility to respond to changing market conditions and business needs.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence strategic direction.
