This role demands a strong grasp of integrated digital marketing, consumer behavior analysis, brand storytelling, operational agility in marketing, strategic leadership, and ROI-focused analytics. They must be able to both manage and work alongside a team to develop and implement strategies, track success, and collaborate cross functionally.
