The Director of Marketing Programs reports to the VP Global Growth Marketing and is responsible for owning the strategy, design, and optimization of integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth. This role focuses on what programs we run and why—grounded in customer needs, product priorities, and account-based strategies—while partnering closely with Demand Execution, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Channel marketing teams and Sales Leadership to ensure successful activation and scale. This leader will define the program architecture that supports customer acquisition and lifecycle engagement ensuring programs are repeatable, measurable, and aligned to business objectives.
