Tarkett is seeking a strategic, hands-on leader to scale our performance marketing & marketing automation capabilities. This role will own the roadmap for lead monetization, lead scoring, nurture programs, CRM-connected workflows, and marketing performance reporting, with clear accountability to pipeline, revenue, and ROI. This is not a pure campaign execution role. We need a leader with recent B2B experience who can operate effectively in ambiguity, build structure where it does not yet exist, and drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, IT, CRM, and external partners. The right candidate will also bring practical AI expertise and know how to apply AI to improve speed, quality, scale, and commercial impact.
