About The Position

The Director of Marketing Intelligence provides the analytical foundation for governance, execution, and diagnostics. This role ensures decisions are informed by descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive intelligence, not anecdote or intuition. This position transforms BI into a control and forecasting system for claimant acquisition, Intake and Criteria for optimal case quality and scale to maximize commercial impact on the business.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • Work Experience: Seven years of hands-on customer acquisition, analytics and measurement frameworks.
  • Skills Needed: Business intelligence and Lead Generation analytics.

Nice To Haves

  • Licenses or Certification: BI and Marketing Analytics platforms, GA4/GTM or relevant technical certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Descriptive & Diagnostic Analytics: Produce granular reporting by intake source, service provider, campaign, and cohort. Quantify conversion timelines, contractability, opt-out behavior, and signing probability.
  • Predictive & Prescriptive Intelligence: Forecast signed-retainer yield and unit economics. Identify early-warning indicators of underperformance or saturation. Recommend corrective actions and budget reallocations.
  • Decision Support: Maintain standardized metrics and methodologies. Support procurement, operations, and intake leadership with defensible analysis.
  • Systems: Working with leadership to architect and deploy best in class, future state technologies and evangelize deployment across the business.
