The Director of Learning and Development will lead the strategic design, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning initiatives that drive technical excellence, leadership capability, and workforce readiness across the organization. A key responsibility includes identifying, deploying, and managing a scalable Learning Management System (LMS) and certification operating system to support employee development, compliance, and career progression.
