Job Summary This position is responsible for directing new sales activities through staff, consultants and brokers for the large/national business segment (150-10,000). This position is responsible for the attainment of goals and objectives, developing strategies, oversight of budgeting, and developing effective operations. Ability and willingness to travel, including overnight stays. Please note, this is a HYBRID role which requires in-office hours 3x week at the respective office location.
