The Director of IT Application Support will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the organization’s enterprise application ecosystem, including internal business systems, third-party applications, and integrated platforms. This role is accountable for ensuring the stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of critical business applications—most notably Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), this leader will manage a team of four Application Support and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) professionals, drive cross-functional alignment with business stakeholders, and partner closely with development, infrastructure, and vendor partners to deliver a modern, reliable, and high-performing application environment. The Director will play a visible role in guiding new system implementations, optimizing integrations, and maturing IT service management practices.
