Eligibility requirements vary by position. Responsible for managing all aspects of international transportation and Customs Compliance. Managing the Transportation team to ensure service level goals are met, freight costs remain optimal, tariff exposure is minimized, and regulatory compliance is maintained. Establishing relationships with key providers and developing logistics solutions within the supply chain. Strategic oversight of the direction of the department to adapt to address the changing needs of the business and import market. Expertise of the overall international transportation market conditions. Accountable for effective collaboration initiatives across all internal stakeholders. Development of Team Members to ensure continuous improvement of the department and to provide a career path for the team members to pursue and grow professionally.
