The Director, International Policy Analytics will lead analytical assessments of ex U.S. pharmaceutical policy and pricing reforms, translating complex international policy developments into decision‑ready insights that inform enterprise strategy, policy research evidence generation, and external policy engagement. This role will focus on evaluating the impact of policies related to government pricing, reimbursement, and trade policies across priority international markets, including Europe, Asia ‑Pacific, and other key geographies. The individual will partner closely with the International Policy and Government Affairs team and other cross functional stakeholders to assess portfolio and enterprise implications of diverse policy frameworks—such as health technology assessment (HTA) reforms, external reference pricing, price controls, budget impact policies, managed entry agreements, and ‑trade related measures—and synthesize insights for senior leadership. This role plays a critical part in ensuring BMS leadership understands the global and cross market implications of international policy developments in a rapidly evolving environment.
