PURPOSE STATEMENT: The Intake Director guides the admission process by developing, implementing, and maintaining revenue-generating strategies to increase daily census. This role is responsible for the following areas: monitoring administrative and admission related policies and procedures; ensuring overall efficient operations; assuring compliance with company quality standards; customer service; productivity standards and team performance; and staff development. Additionally, the position will work closely in partnership with other Summit corporate departments and the Corporate Director of Admissions in an effort to ensure regulatory compliance and facility success.
