Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the intake and referral team

- Monitor follow-ups, conversions, and intake performance
- Handle complex cases and escalated calls
- Maintain strong relationships with referral sources and business development
- Drive process improvements, reporting, and system enhancements
