The Director, Insurance Learning and Development is a seniorâlevel role responsible for architecting and delivering Virtusâ enterprise training ecosystem. This includes newâhire onboarding, Property & Casualty technical training, workflow and systems training, client service standards, professional development, and CEâaccredited programming to support licensing requirements. This role will initially focus on building the P&C training program, followed by development of a Benefits curriculum as the business scales. This is a role for someone who wants to both design and deliver, with the autonomy to build a bestâinâclass learning system for a rapidly growing national platform.
