Milacron is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our key customer relationship strategy and drive revenue growth across our most critical injection molding clients in the Western US (candidates to reside in TX, OK, CO, UT, OR, WA, CA preferred). This position is responsible for driving growth in both new machinery sales and aftermarket (parts, service, and upgrades) revenue. The Regional Sales Director manages a regional sales team, aftermarket specialists, and service support personnel to achieve sales targets, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market share. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in capital equipment sales to injection molding customers (e.g., medical, automotive, packaging, consumer goods, industrial, electronics), a strong commercial acumen, and a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles while delivering on strategic growth targets.
