The contributions you will make: This position is responsible for the strategic direction, operational excellence, and service delivery of enterprise infrastructure across Hosting, Network/Telephony, and Workplace experience. The incumbent leads three dedicated product teams and ensures that infrastructure services are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned with business needs. Drives infrastructure modernization, enhances user experience, and leads the design and delivery of infrastructure solutions that support the broader BT and enterprise strategies. Provides strong, values-based leadership, fosters a high-performing team culture, and ensures effective service management, execution of roadmaps, and alignment with business outcomes.
