About The Position

In this strategic leadership role, you will drive the growth and long-term sustainability of individual donor revenue by building scalable, data-driven fundraising strategies. You will oversee the full lifecycle of individual giving, from donor acquisition to retention and lifetime value optimization, while strengthening recurring giving programs and launching a legacy giving initiative. Working cross-functionally with teams across product, marketing, engineering, and data, you will enhance the donor experience and improve conversion across digital channels. This position offers the opportunity to lead a growing function with strong organizational impact, manage and develop a small team, and contribute directly to ambitious revenue growth goals. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital fundraising, growth, ecommerce, or revenue-focused roles with responsibility for acquisition, conversion, and retention performance.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience using testing frameworks, funnel optimization, cohort analysis, and performance modeling to drive results.
  • Ability to build and manage growth models covering acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value, translating insights into clear strategic priorities.
  • Proven ability to develop compelling donor or customer-facing content across channels including email, web, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Experience hiring, leading, and developing high-performing teams in lean or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with engineering, product, data, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities and a passion for mission-driven work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall strategy and performance of individual giving programs, focusing on acquisition, conversion, recurring giving, retention, and donor lifetime value growth.
  • Build and execute a data-driven growth roadmap using structured experimentation, funnel optimization, and performance analysis to drive measurable improvements.
  • Strengthen and scale monthly giving initiatives while maximizing key revenue periods such as year-end fundraising and emergency response campaigns.
  • Design, launch, and scale a legacy and bequests program, including hiring and managing a dedicated lead and establishing effective stewardship journeys for supporters.
  • Optimize the end-to-end digital donation experience, including landing pages, payment flows, upgrade paths, and donor communications across email, web, and SMS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product improvements, develop scalable systems, and ensure effective tracking and reporting of donor performance metrics.
  • Manage and mentor Growth Managers while overseeing external donation partners and supporting long-term opportunities for geographic expansion.
