Responsible for providing management to the Human Resource functions. Plans, directs, controls, & monitors all aspects of the Human Resources department. Responsible for assisting with decision making, employee relations, and implementation of systems which promotes safety and well-being of all employees within the hospital. The individual will need to complete position responsibilities by following established guidelines and protocols within the appropriate time frame, and must be flexible with his/her work schedule. This position involves discretion and independent action within prescribed limits.
