About The Position

This leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing the human resources strategy across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. You will oversee all HR functions, from employee relations and performance management to compensation, benefits, and organizational development. The role demands a strategic thinker who can guide managers, develop talent, and implement programs that improve engagement, retention, and overall employee satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive initiatives that enhance workforce effectiveness and strengthen organizational performance. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience as a senior HR leader with strong business acumen and ethical standards.
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage sensitive situations effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with employees at all levels and building collaborative relationships.
  • Experience leading HR teams, developing talent programs, and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with reliable internet and technology for virtual collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all HR functions including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Oversee HR team productivity, performance, and quality of work while providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Develop, implement, and enhance management training and development programs to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Administer compensation and benefits strategies that attract, motivate, and retain talent while aligning with organizational goals.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, onboarding processes, and career growth planning to support a high-performing workforce.
  • Support recruitment efforts by monitoring staffing objectives, enhancing hiring practices, and ensuring timely resourcing.
  • Advise leadership on HR strategies, special projects, and organizational development initiatives to meet evolving business needs.
