The Director, People & Culture serves as a partner to the Regional HRBP to support our Mission Critical project team in Las Vegas, NV on driving performance, engagement, and development. This role will be critical in upholding Suffolk’s culture at our largest project. This role supports strategic HR planning and operations, providing a broad range of HR consultation, advice, solutions, and services. Additionally, the role ensures a strong focus and commitment on the employee experience & engagement, project standards, retention, and a high-performance culture that embodies Suffolk’s core values .
