The Director, HRIS provides leadership, planning and project and direction for the planning, implementation, and management of the company’s Human Resources Information Systems. This role assumes accountability for HRIS and payroll systems, including SuccessFactors (SAP) and ADP, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and system optimization. The Director leads HR technology initiatives, provides project management and system consulting and advice to other departments and cross-functional teams to align HR systems with organizational goals and operational needs.
