In this role, you will: Talent Agenda: Work closely with People Business Partner’s and global People team to ensure client group is successful in achieving their goals. This includes partnering with the communities of expertise to define the approach and implementation plan for high performing talent identification, succession planning, focus on future oriented organizational capabilities Develop & Lead: Drive high performance and supportive culture within the team that you support. Organization Culture: Embedding Expedia Group Culture and Enterprise Leader behaviors across the business. Organization Effectiveness and Leadership Coaching: Use effective strategies that enable the organization to thrive through periods of change and provide coaching that helps leaders develop and grow. People Team: Provide support to your peers within our profession in India to support the culture and community in that location within the People team. Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with the executive leaders to defines the overall talent and business strategy, anticipating long-term people needs and translating business plans into HR program objectives.
