This role connects supported teams to the appropriate HR Practices to achieve talent and business objectives. This role works alongside business/functional areas, driving and advising decision-making through analytics and insights that drive business performance and enhance employee experience. This role has higher responsibility for service delivery, typically seen in region or GSC roles, or independently supports enterprise-wide talent initiative(s). How you'll make an impact: Act as a strategic thought partner supporting functional GSCQ groups including but not limited to engineering, global planning + Logistics, quality, strategy, PMO, GSCQ finance, corporate services, and others.
