About The Position

Risepoint is an education technology company that provides world-class support and trusted expertise to more than 100 universities and colleges. We primarily work with regional universities, helping them develop and grow their high-ROI, workforce-focused online degree programs in critical areas such as nursing, teaching, business, and public service. Risepoint is dedicated to increasing access to affordable education so that more students, especially working adults, can improve their careers and meet employer and community needs. The Director, Healthcare Programs is responsible for coordinating and managing the execution of healthcare nursing and pre-licensure program launches across multiple teams. This role works closely with Product, Marketing, Enrollment, Academic Operations, and Partnerships to track timelines, manage deliverables, and support teams in meeting launch requirements and ensure programs are continously running as a product-market fit going forward. The role provides regular updates to Product and Partnerships leadership and helps identify risks, gaps, or dependencies that could impact launch readiness and overall success once live. As programs scale, this role also supports the documentation and consistent use of standard operating procedures and best practices to improve execution and partner outcomes. Within the first year, you will be collaborating with the Partner Support team as it relates to serving as the subject matter expert on behalf of the entire Healthcare Solutions team for all healthcare and nursing and pre- and post-licensure program launches, with clear plans, timelines, and consistent execution across teams. Cross-functional partners rely on you for clear communication, practical coordination, and early identification of risks, resulting in smoother launches and fewer last-minute issues. You will also have helped establish repeatable launch processes and documentation that make future programs easier to deliver and more predictable for teams and partners.
