About The Position

As a member of the Fidelity Health Employee Engagement team, you will shape and deliver engagement strategies that help our Health & Welfare (H&W) Benefits Administration clients meet their goals. You’ll work closely with clients and client teams to identify employee engagement opportunities, build strategies, and bring them to life. Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders and represent Fidelity in strategic discussions. Support and partner with client teams by serving as the subject matter expert on H&W benefits, leading the development of tailored engagement strategies and customized communication approaches that align with client goals and Fidelity’s product strategy. Provide deep expertise across H&W benefits, including supplemental and voluntary benefits offerings. Write benefit‑specific copy, exhibiting a strong understanding of the products and services offered and the nuances of client needs. Use data, analytics, and behavioral insights to improve engagement efforts over time. Partner with product teams, client services, communications, and analytics groups to deliver integrated solutions. The Fidelity Health Employee Engagement team sits within the Growth and Enablement group. We develop the strategy and positioning for employee engagement across Fidelity Health clients. Our work connects the digital experience, communication strategy, and overall employee experience. We’re passionate about improving how employees understand and engage with their health benefits and driving client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in health benefits, employee engagement, or related fields
  • Deep expertise and knowledge of workplace benefit programs
  • Proven ability to design and execute strategic plans that deliver measurable results
  • Strong data‑driven decision‑making skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects and balance multiple priorities
  • Deep understanding of audience needs, segmentation, and message tailoring
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
  • Collaborative, curious, and creative problem-solver who thrives in a team environment
