When you speak to us you'll hear our culture shine through. We are seeking a Director, Growth who can build pipeline, open doors, and close multi-service marketing and technology engagements. This role is 100% focused on net-new revenue. You will prospect, qualify, pitch, and close new clients across retail, ecommerce, financial services, healthcare, and technology.   • Build and execute outbound prospecting sequences using email, cold calls, LinkedIn, events, and direct outreach. Primary focus on large enterprise accounts.
  • Generate 4–6 outbound meetings per month and 2–3 qualified opportunities.
  • Own a target list of strategic high-growth accounts and develop multi-threaded engagement with CMOs, Heads of Media, and Growth leaders.
  • Conduct initial discovery, articulate Incubeta’s value, and position integrated solutions (Performance Media + Creative + Analytics + Tech).
  • Drive outreach volume: 50–80 emails/day, 30+ calls/day (when needed), plus targeted personalized touches.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from first meeting to signed SOW.
  • Run discovery, brief specialists, coordinate proposal development, and present solutions.
  • Build and deliver compelling proposal decks, scopes, and commercials.
  • Partner with Solutions Leads, Strategy, Media, Creative, and Analytics teams to design winning pitches.
  • Manage forecast, pipeline hygiene, and CRM discipline (HubSpot).
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, contracting, and procurement processes in collaboration with Finance.
  • 5–12 years total experience, with 2–5 years full-cycle outbound sales in marketing, martech, performance media, creative, analytics, or tech-enabled services.
  • Proven track record of closing six-figure deals ($150k–$1M).
  • Experience selling into Heads of Performance, CMOs, Digital Directors, and Ecommerce leaders.
  • Familiarity with GMP/GA4, signal loss, incrementality, MMM, feeds, and performance optimization.
  • Hunter mentality: high outbound activity, resilient, persistent, competitive.
  • Commercial + Media and analytical competence: can talk ROAS, CAC, margin, attribution, data maturity.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills, especially explaining complex data or tech concepts.
  • Comfortable leading a pitch team and coordinating cross-functional contributors.
  • Expert at multi-threading and navigating procurement cycles.
  • Experience at performance media agencies or martech vendors strongly preferred.
  • Google partner channel experience is strongly desired.
