As we scale, our growth engine plays a critical role in expanding our customer base, maximizing lifetime value, and strengthening our position as a trusted leader in water filtration. We are seeking a strategic, people-first Director of Growth to lead and evolve Clearly Filtered’s growth strategy across digital and omnichannel channels. This role sets and owns the direction for how we acquire, retain, and grow customer relationships, ensuring growth efforts support sustainable revenue, strong customer lifetime value, and long-term brand trust. The Director of Growth will build and lead a high-performing growth team, establishing clear ownership, thoughtful prioritization, and data-informed decision-making across channels. Partnering closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, this role translates business goals into a focused growth roadmap and guides investment decisions across paid media, owned channels, marketplaces, and emerging opportunities. You will balance performance and experimentation with long-term value creation, developing your team, strengthening the customer lifecycle journey, and continuously identifying new levers to improve efficiency, scale, and impact in a way that reflects Clearly Filtered’s values and customer-first approach. This role is based in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. Candidates should only apply if they are able to work onsite at least 3 days per week.
