About The Position

The Director, Growth & Conversion Lead serves as a key driver of business growth, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, and Finance teams to identify and execute opportunities that support annual performance goals. This role partners closely with marketing and analytics teams to drive demand generation and optimize conversion performance across distribution channels. The position also works with sales and operational partners to improve execution and performance while collaborating with Finance and Pricing teams to support growth and profitability objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary driver of growth initiatives, working cross-functionally to identify and execute opportunities that support annual business goals.
  • Partner closely with Finance to establish and track growth and revenue targets to ensure continued business performance.
  • Work with Marketing and Pricing teams to develop compelling offers and promotions that drive customer acquisition while maintaining financial performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and analytics teams to drive demand generation and improve conversion performance across channels.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and key decision-maker for conversion optimization strategies across multiple sales and distribution channels.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, and Partnership teams to align growth initiatives and distribution strategies.
  • Provide recommendations related to pricing, packaging, advertising, and distribution strategies to support business growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to identify high-value customer segments and determine effective targeting strategies.
  • Partner on strategies focused on customer upgrades, engagement, and retention to improve lifetime customer value and revenue performance.
  • Conduct deep analysis of funnel performance to identify friction points and opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and reports that communicate performance insights and business impact.
