The Director of Growth and Demand Marketing at Illumio is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving predictable and scalable pipeline coverage for global sales teams. This position focuses on full-funnel demand generation, growth marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) to fuel revenue-ready pipeline rather than just leads or downloads.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • At least 5 years managing teams.
  • Deep knowledge of SFDC (Salesforce), Marketo, and leading MarTech tools.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize conversion rates across the funnel.
  • Proven track record in hiring, mentoring, and retaining high-performing teams.
  • strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
