About The Position

Mission: Drive growth and profitability by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing market presence. This involves understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to develop and implement effective business strategies. Increase Stellantis Commercial Vehicle performance in the regions / countries: volume / Market Share / GCRV (profit per unit) as well as the connected services sales and P&L.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience required
  • 5 years of automotive experience required
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding market trends and the automotive sector is vital
  • Project Management Skills: Helps in managing multiple projects and ensuring timely delivery
  • Strategic Thinking: Necessary for developing long-term business strategies
  • Adaptability: Ability to stay updated with industry advancements and adapt to changes
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Crucial for building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Important for identifying opportunities and addressing challenges
  • Organizational Skills: Effective time management and organization are key to handling various tasks

Responsibilities

  • Link between region and transversal activities (Pro one / Engineering / production / finance/…) and entry point of the region / countries for the CV business
  • Market Analysis: Conducting thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Strategic Planning: Developing business strategies and plans to achieve growth targets.
  • Partnership Development: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including importers, regional Stellantis office, partners, and customers.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to promote products and services.
  • Product Development: Working with Product and Engineering teams to innovate and improve product offerings based on market feedback.
  • Financial Management: Monitoring budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure profitability.
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing business performance metrics to make data-driven decisions (Car flow: Sales, Market Share, invoices, production and stock)
