Oak View Group (OVG) is seeking a Director, Global Conferences & Corporate Events . This candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to develop and execute event strategies ranging in size and scope, with a focus on hospitality and guest experience. This position will be responsible for working knowledge of premium hospitality, a proven track record of developing and executing best-in-class programs, and the ability to work across multiple levels of the organization while managing a variety of events annually, including but not limited to, hospitality tastings, industry conferences, awards shows, galas, live entertainment venue openings, special events, and more. Excellent client service, vendor management, budgeting, attention to detail, innovative thinking, resourcefulness, and strong communication skills are vital to the success of this role. This position will require an adequate amount of travel and the ability to work variable shifts (including nights and weekends), sometimes with minimal notice, based on business requirements. This role pays an annual salary of $135,000-$150,000 and is bonus eligible Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays) This position will remain open until December 31, 2025.
